We have a limited number of rooms available for registered attendees, at the convention rate of $259 single/double, plus tax - available until Friday, March 31, 2023.

Rooms are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration for NP Institute 2023 must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted. To register, please visit https://www.in-person.psychnpinstitute.com/register. Once you have completed the registration process, your confirmation email will include a link to secure your hotel room at the discounted room rate. Please note that the hotel will not accept reservations directly.

Attendees and Exhibitors: A deposit of one night's room and tax is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable for any reason

Psych Congress NP Institute encourages attendees to book within our room block to:

• Save money: To make the best use of your registration dollars, we have negotiated a special reduced rate when you book before the cutoff date
• Gain additional networking opportunities: By staying at the conference hotel, you enhance your opportunities to meet with colleagues and share experiences and ideas. Plus, when you book within the block, you gain access to important announcements at check-in and any room drops arranged by exhibitors
• Support future conferences: When you book within the block, you keep conference costs as low as possible, and enable us to provide some of the important conference features attendees have come to enjoy. You are not just supporting NP Institute 2023—you are reinforcing our reputation and locking in special rates for future conferences, enhancing the overall attendee experience

Parking:

Valet - $65/daily
All parking limited. Valet fee includes unlimited in/out privileges. Oversize parking fee $85.
 

Ground Transportation:

Boston Logan Intl. Airport (BOS) is approximately 3.7 Miles to the Westin Copley Place Hotel.
Taxi Cab, Uber and Lyft are $20 to $30 each way.   

Airfare discounts from 2% to 10% for NP Institute 2023 participants are available through various airlines.

Important Note About Scammers

Scammers may call or email Psych Congress NP Institute In-Person attendees, faculty, and exhibitors claiming to represent Psych Congress NP Institute or Psych Congress NP Institute vendors, and encourage participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services”. They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like Psych Congress NP Institute or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Neither Psych Congress NP Institute, HMP, or our host hotels will ever call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendee or exhibitor’s personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
